My love affair with the kitchen began at a young age, watching my parents cook and bake with passion where we were always encouraged to lend a helping hand. I started making cakes for birthdays in high school and went on to study Hotel and Restaurant Administration. After 10 years of marriage, three amazing kids, and a career, I've come full circle, finding joy in the simple, traditional art of sourdough baking.
